Orders and Shipping

Our online store is always open for you to shop whenever you’d like. That said, as we focus on keeping our people, guests, and community safe, we’re taking extra measures at our distribution centres such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause some delays.

We’re routing orders to where they’ll be fulfilled most efficiently, whether that’s to one of our in-house branches or a backup facility. You can expect delays in fulfillment for some products.

 

Our top product categories, DTG, embroidery, and all-over products, are taking longer than usual to fulfill, especially in the US. For these products, you can expect fulfillment to take up to 25 business days. We’re working on improving speed, mostly by investing in new printing equipment and hiring more fulfillment specialists.

 

We are making progress with our non-apparel categories, especially in Europe. Some products, like jewelry and phone cases, are being fulfilled within 3 business days in all locations.

 

Note that for mixed orders with separate fulfillment estimates, follow the product with a longer estimate. For example, if you have an order with leggings (fulfillment in 20-25 days) and phone cases (fulfillment in 2-4 business days), you can expect to receive the order after the leggings have been fulfilled.

Yes. As of June 15, here are the approximate delays you can expect on top of the estimated delivery time:

  • US to US → 5 additional bus. days
  • US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
  • US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
  • US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days
  • EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
  • EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
  • EU to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
  • EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
  • EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
  • EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days

Because of delays, we’re routing US, Canadian, and Australian orders to Europe only when it’s a product that we can’t fulfill in the US or Mexico.

 

In Latvia, airlines are easing restrictions on flights, which means we’ll be able to ship orders out more frequently. Right now, there are flights going out to Vilnius, Tallinn, Oslo, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Munich.

 

We’re disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for domestic and international orders from the US as our carriers can’t guarantee fast delivery.

 

We’re in touch with our carriers and they’ll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

No, the shipping price you see for each region on our shipping page is the same regardless of where the order is shipped from.

 

As of May 20, the average delivery time for orders from our European facility to the US, Canada, and Australia is an additional 25 business days on top of the estimated shipping time. This time frame may change; we’ll post updates here.

We don’t ship to the following countries: Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bermuda, Bolivia, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Chad, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dem. We have started shipping to Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Moldova, Montenegro, and Trinidad and Tobago.

This list is current as of June 18, 2020.

We suspect this is temporary, and recommend that you also disable shipping to these countries on your platform.

Our carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions.

We’re working closely with our suppliers to ensure we have adequate stock levels. But Covid-19 is impacting the entire industry and supply chain, so there could be some disruptions.

 

Currently, we have enough stock to fulfill orders, especially for our most popular products.

  • We’ve temporarily disabled our Throw Blanket because we can’t route the product to other locations. We recommend you temporarily remove this product from your store.
  • Our suppliers have run out of stock of poster frames for both Framed Posters (in) fulfilled in the US. We have found a backup supplier, but the frames are slightly wider.

 

The new poster frames don’t affect the safe print area, so if you’re OK with the backup frames, you don’t need to do anything. If you’d rather not use our backup Framed Posters, you can cancel your orders by editing them on your Printful Dashboard and wait for the original frames to be restocked.

FaithGear works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

 

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual.

 

Our standard fulfillment estimate of 5 to 8 business days is currently closer to 25 business days. Our top product categories, Direct-to-Garment (t-shirt, tank tops, hoodies, joggers, tote bags), embroidery, and all-over products, are taking longer than usual to fulfill, especially in the US. For these products, you can expect fulfillment to take up to 25 business days. We’re working on improving speed, mostly by investing in new printing equipment and hiring more fulfillment specialists.
